Because our products are custom-printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.
We gladly replace items that are defective, misprinted, or damaged in shipping. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@thelockwoodsmusic.com within 14 days of receiving your product. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
