Hope was our very first album together, born out of raw stories and real life. From aging parents and deep loss to learning how to love well in marriage and finding friendship in unexpected places, these songs capture the struggles and joys that shaped us. Blending Patrick’s guitar work with Molly’s songwriting and our shared moments of faith, Hope became the foundation of our music journey.

The Story Behind Hope

Hope is a deeply personal collection of songs drawn from our earliest years together. Written separately and side by side, the album tells honest stories of grief, growth, marriage, faith, and friendship. Produced with James Sweeting and Andrew Bergthold (For King & Country), Hope has always held a special place in our hearts. The enduring favorite, These Are Written, was finished mid-flight to Minnesota—just in time to sing as a gift for Bethlehem Baptist Church, where John Piper’s ministry had blessed us so richly.
